Common questions

My printed template is the wrong size

Measure the 100 mm bar on the sheet. If it isn't 100 mm, the printer scaled it. In the app tap Save as PDF, then print the PDF from a computer with scaling set to Actual size (100%).

The template doesn't fit my tube

Check the outside size and wall thickness you entered against the tube with a tape or calipers; real tube is often a little off its catalogue size. Wrap the template printed side out, with the A edge on the 0 line you drew along the tube.

The photo didn't work

Photo reading needs an internet connection. Point the camera straight at the cut end of the tube in good light. You can always pick the shape and type the size instead.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app to remove everything on your phone. To remove the app's random identifier from our server, email us. There is no account to close. See the Privacy Policy.
